Our LEAD Team oversees the church vision and values and keeps us on track. They meet monthly to discuss how the church is going, set strategy for the future, and pray for the church.

The congregation votes on new LEAD members at the annual meeting every January. Members are nominated to the position by a nominating committee. Each team member serves for three years. Terms are renewable. 

Operations team

Our Operations team focuses on the business, finance, facilities and the administrative aspects of the organization.  This team of experts work together to manage these areas of the organization and make recommendations to the LEAD team as necessary.   

Cedarbrook is overseen by the Evangelical Covenant Church and governed by the LEAD Team. The church members vote annually on the budget for the church and any major changes in direction.
