Praying for Yourself 

Pray that God will provide you with what you need today.

In the Lord’s prayer, Jesus tells us to pray “Give us today our daily bread.” Matthew 6:11. This means asking God to supply us with what we need today, not necessarily what we want, or what we will need tomorrow, but what we need today. This helps to build our trust that God is our provider, and we don’t need to rely solely on ourselves. Take time to pray that God would provide you with what you need today, even if that doesn’t match up with what you want.
